The signing ceremony of commitment for implementing the Employees Productivity in 2023 for all Indonesian manufacturing and retail companies was held by Manpower Ministry on November 19th. The Director General of Manpower Ministry and 50 government officials and representatives’ along with 350 HR representatives from manufacturing and retail companies all over Indonesia joined the ceremony. TWS PT Battery Technology Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “TWS PT BTI”) was selected and signed the commitment as The Role Model of HCM Productivity program for Indonesia.

HCM-Human capital management- values the employees and focuses on talent management and employee engagement. The HCM Productivity program conducted by Indonesia Manpower Ministry is focused on ensuring productivity and welfare of the employees in Indonesian companies.?After an extensive survey process and assessment from the government among roughly 200 qualified companies from May 2021, TWS PT BTI was nominated for the best practice example of implementation on the?HCM Productivity program?becoming the role model for Indonesia on how to create a happy work environment and motivate people to be more productive and improve welfare.
