The CTP PACK product line has four main characteristics of high flexibility, modular design, standardization and high compatibility. The CTP PACK product line adopts five elements of the process of man, machine, material, method and environment, and implements all-round monitoring of the process through the cloud data processing center, including personnel error prevention, equipment maintenance, material traceability, and process parameter control of key special characteristics equipment (control coverage rate can reach 100%). The welding and gluing process of the battery pack is completed by automated equipment based on digital twin technology, and the production line collects and analyzes the process data through various sensors, which can?realize the automatic mistake proofing of personnel and the independent learning of the key items of quality control.

The CTP PACK product line?adopts modular and flexible workstation design. The unit equipment can realize the high-precision welding of 52 cells and can gradually realize the co-production of multiple types and sizes of PACK products. While realizing flexible production, the line also could monitor the quality of the whole process to ensure the high quality, high stability and high consistency of the product.
